Dear Minister,
Re: Action on Cyberbullying
I am writing to commend your efforts to tackle cyberbullying as set out in the news
release by the Welsh Government on 5 November 2012.
I founded the Trolling Academy in 2011, and have been campaigning recently for
schools to keep records of which acts of bullying are cyberbullying so that it is
possible to statistically see what causes cyberbullying;

This year I had an article published in the Oxford Statute Law Review, titled,
Scope and Limitations in the Government of Wales Act 2006 for Tackling Internet
Abuses in the Form of Flame Trolling. I enclose a copy of this for your attention.
You will see that I have detailed how the Welsh Government can use its powers
under Schedule 7 of the Government of Wales Act 2006 to deal with flame trolling
or cyberbullying, depending on whichever term you chose to use.
I hope you will find this document useful, and will be happy to provide any further
information on the topic.
With best regards,
