CHPE5612 CHEMICAL PROCESS SAFETY

Project Part1: Sunday 23 October 2016
Report to be submitted before Thursday 8th December 2016 (10% reduction per working
day for late submission)

The HSE project will be in two parts. The first part will be about Hazard Assessment in the
College of Engineering during the period 20th to 22nd November 2016 followed by a submission
of findings in the form of a written report and a presentation in week 14 (4th to 7th December
2016) according to the below schedule.
The presentation will be peer evaluated and will last for 25 minutes (15 min presentation and 10
min questions and answers).
The content should be outlined as follow:
1. Introduction about the subject
a. Where and when the inspection took place;
b. Who were involved;
c. Objectives of the inspection.
2. Methodology used
3. Discussion (Analysis of the findings)
4. Lessons to be Learned
5. Conclusion and recommendations
