This week my MST and I were very busy in reviewing the lessons and
teaching the students how to write a paragraph for the mid-term exam. I felt
that I did much work with the students and it was nice. On Sunday, I did my
first observation with my MST and the students were amazed, they were
participating with me a lot, there were different when I taught them. This
gave me an impression that they love my teaching style because really it is
different from my MST since she is used a lot of teacher centered and
traditional teaching method and not a lot of activities. My MST was happy of
what I did even if there were little mistakes but it was ok with her. I was
shocked and I felt confused from her while I am giving the lesson, time to
time in the same period she said for me there is no time hurry up we want to
finish the lesson. I couldnt say anything for her because I was shocked and
what happened is that the students were taking the lesson so fast. At the
end, I said I need my time to do the lesson and the students have the rights
to learn and understand well, but in general my feedback from my first
observation was good and I will do my best in the next two observations. She
talked with me about the lesson plan and how its fully organized and well
prepared and she like it because there are a lot of information for one lesson.
