educational leadership in schools.
a) Aspect 1: - leadership for instructions.

Involves setting clear goals, managing curriculum, monitoring lesson plans, giving

resources and evaluating teachers regularly to help student learning and development.
Instructional leadership talks the cultural, linguistic, socioeconomic and learning diversity

in the school community.


The example I saw it is in my teaching practice in semester 7 and she is the principle, she
really worked her to offer everything that school, teachers and students need it to be
developed in teaching and learning the students. Moreover, she is entering the classes to
evaluate the teacher while they are teaching the students and give the teachers advices
for further development which is very helpful for the teacher.

b) Aspect 2: - peer learning.

It refers to students learning with and from each other as colleague learners and the
students learn a great deal by explaining their ideas to others and by participating in

activities in which they can learn from their peers.


Peer learning have a lot of positive results between the students. The students can talk
and share with each there which they can develop their speaking skill. Moreover, while
they are sharing their idea the other get lot of information that could help them in their

future.
I can see peer learning when I am teaching the students in teaching practice. I noticed
that they are discussing with each other and get ideas from each other. It is really nice
that they are learning and helping each other.

The person that I think have the qualitied of a good leader is Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid
Al Maktoum, the vice president and prime minister of the United Arab Emirates, and Emir of
Dubai.
He is responsible for the growth of Dubai into a global city and he had developed Dubai a lot with
his creativity. He had a lot of thinking to develop Dubai more and more. The emirate has not only
defied a global economic crisis, but emerged from it bigger, better, stronger, smarter and
happier. The achievements of Sheikh Mohammed and the mark he has made cannot be limited
by just the past 10 years. He has a clear understanding of the responsibilities and duties of
leadership. His qualities of a leader are from his knowledge, education and his excellence at his
field. We can see that social media is an example of his embrace of the modern world. His
highness vision is to make Dubai better than now by 2020. This let us to think how is responsible
of the growth and creation of Dubai. We can say that Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashed is the man
of vision and action because if he says that he would like to do something he do it and he is fully
ready to face the challenges that he will face it. From beginning of being the leader of Dubai till
now he had a lot of achievements and here are some of the achievements that he did it, the
palm Jumairah, Burj Khalifa and Dubai metro.
