The above mentioned values show that the holding power of an anchor is significantly dependent on the type of sea floor. Another important aspect is related to the anchor type. It is important to underline that the Delta Flipper anchors are high holding power (HHP) ones and, consequently, the anchor coefficient is high. Taking into account the above mentioned characteristics the estimations of the holding capacities for each type of anchor are presented in the Table 3 and graphically represented in Fig. 3.
