The objective of this Seminar is to create awareness of the legal
principles of contract and to draft and vet commercial agreements
with this awareness. By the end of this seminar participants should
able to avoid the most common pitfalls involved in drafting of commercial contracts. Participants will be given practical exercises and

Mr. P Thirunavukkarasu holds a Masters degree in Corporate Law
from the University of Johannesburg and a Barrister at Law from
Lincoln Inns, London, called to the Bar of England and Wales. He is
an Advocate and Solicitor who was called to the Singapore Bar in
2002. Mr. P Thirunavukkarasu is currently a practitioner in a local
private firm.
He is also an experienced lecturer who conducts lectures in many
institutions on Business, Company and other aspects of Law.

1. Upon receipt of the registration form, a seat will be reserved for the
participant and full payment will be charged upon confirmation from
SAICSA.
2. There will be no refund if participant | company cancels the registration
or fail to attend the seminar.
3. Payment must be made upon receipt of tax invoice.
4. Please ensure that the cheque should be made payable to
SAICSA.
5. A topup of seminar fees will be required when a nonmember
registrant substitutes a member. However, there will be a strictly no
refund should a nonmember be substituted by a member registrant.

SAICSA reserves the rights to change the date, time, and venue or
cancel the training owing to unforeseen circumstances.
