    Respected Sir / Madam,
    This is to inform you that we have a requirement of Assistant in Production Department. In
    reference to same we have interviewed the candidate named Mr. Ramesh Machhi and found
    him suitable for the job. During the interview it has been found that his mental ability of
    understanding the things and working is quite low as compared to other people. Hence we
    require a Mental Disability certificate for the said candidate from a certified body as a
    reference for us.
    Kindly note that his certificate requirement is under the fulfilment of our recruitment
    procedure without which we cannot proceed ahead.
    So here by request you to kindly do the needful in the matter and provide a certificate for the
    same.
