Dear Sir,
Your notice dated 7th Oct, 2016 addressed to my client Mr. Kishore
Narain Khanna, Managing Director, Romsons Scientific and Surgical
Industries Private Ltd. 63, Industrial Estate, Nunhai, Agra has been placed
into my hands with instructions to reply as under:
1. That your client has not brought correct facts to your notice. He has
made allegation which are absolutely false and devoid of any truth .
2. That my client has always been a very good paymaster in respect of
the bills submitted by your client.
3. That my client enquired about the alleged bill in the account section of
his company but neither such a bill or invoice found there nor it was
received in the company or by my client.
4. That No payment of any bill submitted by my client is due from my
client as is clear from the ledger annexed herewith and no payment
against invoices is out standing overdue.
5. That my client is always willing and prepare to pay any legitimate
outstanding overdue.

I therefore call upon you to advise your client to desist from serving
false and frivolous notice on my client and to initiate any legal action,
which instituted, will be defended at the risks and costs of your client,
which please note.
