    This activity will seek to explain the causes of the First World War in
    Europe from the perspective of Kaiser Wilhelm II of Germany. The
    activity will be Asynchronous and completed at the students own pace.
    The simulation is the centerpiece of this assignment and is to be
    completed AT LEAST twice. The student will complete the first
    playthrough as best as possible before beginning the second playthrough
    Computer with internet access.
