1. Invite a Resource Person preferably a dance master or elder from a
particulatr ethnic community who could teach the class an ethic dance
found in the area. OR
2. Bring the class to a cultural community to experience learning and
dancing the ethnic dance of the group. They may also do an interview.
3. After the activity, let them share their insights about their experience.
Based on their interview, let them complete the table shown below
(Matrix of Analysis on Ethnic Dance as a Cultural Performance) to
contextualize the dance. Let them do a comparative analysis based on
the information and the perspectives that they will obtain from the
members of the community.
