Fire/Fire Drill Attendance Plan

1. During a fire drill, all students and staff will report to the courtyard for
attendance. Everyone still needs to exit the building through the nearest
possible exit.
2. Students will line up in alphabetical order in their Ramp-Up groups. Each
group will have a designated spot for their line to begin.
3. Each Ramp-Up group will have one staff member responsible for taking
student attendance and reporting it to the attendance coordinator. (MS/HS
Office Secretary)
4. Students who have a different evacuation plan than general student body will
have their attendance called into the MS/HS Principal once they have
evacuated and are a safe distance from the building.
5. Staff who are not responsible for a Ramp-Up group must report their
attendance to the attendance coordinator as well.
6. Students/staff will only be allowed to re-enter the building when an All Clear
has been given.
