cause for delay due to this reason

Dear Sir,
With reference to the above project and Subject, please be informed that SAPAC has
been issued Construction drawings (electronic copies) well in time in order to
facilitate the progress of the work and not causing any delay.
Based on the above, SAPAC submitted cross sections and shop drawings which were
approved by SAPL without delay and the works were progressing according to the
approval given by SAPL.
SAPAC was insisting on delivering hard copies to them with signature and seal from
MODON in the Weekly Progress Meetings.
Since the work was progressing smoothly without any hurdles before the reduction
in the scope of work, the above reason of not issuing the signed hard copies should
not be cited as the reason in the delay /lack / slow progress of work.
As of now, you are lagging behind in the Construction Schedule due to your own
problems in SAPAC, like diesel shortage, poor maintenance /frequent breakdown of
equipment, non availability of resources in time and finally the major being the
Subcontractor problems.
