SUBJECT: COMPLAINT AGAINST S.H.O PS HYDERI CITY, LARKANA
WHO ALLEGEDLY HARASSING BLACKMAILING AND
EXTENDING
THREATS
OF
MURDER
TO
THE
COMPLAINANT.
Kindly refer to your office letter No. CC/744 dated: 11.02.2016 on the subject
noted above.
In this regard, it is submitted that the matter was gone through by the
undersigned and it has been found that a complainant Asif Ali s/o Mohammad
Mashooq Ali Bhutto (husband of the applicant Mst. Shakeela) got an FIR vide crime
No. 101/2015 u/s 365-B, 496, 382 PPC registered at PS Hyderi against Inayat alias
Chotu 2. Attaullah both s/o Sultan Bhutto and two unidentified accused persons for
kidnapping his wife (the applicant) and committing robbery of the house valuables.
After lodging the FIR, the case was handed over to ASI Sajjad Ahmed
Bhatti SIO PS Hyderi for investigation. He managed to arrest one of the nominated
accused person namely Inayat alias Chotu Bhutto, while the kidnapped woman (the
applicant) could not be recovered, the SIO managed to get contact number of the
kidnapped woman (the applicant) and contacted her to appear before the Honourable
Court concerned for recording her statement but she did not appear before the court
concerned. After completion of the stipulated period as provided u/s 173 Cr.PC, the
case has been challaned in the Honourable Court concerned and the arrested accused
is now in jail custody. Whereas, the applicant Mst. Shakeela has not been
threatened/harassed by SHO/SIO of PS Hyderi for any purpose.
