In this regard it is submitted that both parties were called in the
office of the undersigned in connection with enquiry into the matter and they were
heard personally. During the course of inquiry, the applicant Sadoro Kumbhar has
disclosed that his matter has been resolved amicably by the respondent, so he does
not want further enquiry into the matter.
Since, the applicant himself is not interested in further proceedings
as his matter has been resolved amicably by the respondent, so this application
may kindly be filed.
