In this regard it is submitted that both parties were called in the
office of the undersigned in connection with enquiry into the matter and they were
heard personally. During the course of inquiry, the applicant Amanillah Bhatti has
disclosed that matter has been settled up between the parties amicably through a
notable person named Akhtar Brohi, so he does not want further enquiry into the
matter.
Since, the applicant himself is not interested in further proceedings
as his matter has been resolved amicably, so this application may kindly be filed.
