SUBJECT: REPORT INTO THE APPLICATIONS AGAINST ABBAS AND
IQBAL BOTH BY CASTE KHOKAR.
Kindly refer to your office letter No. CC/1361 dated: 25.03.2016,
endorsement No. CC/709 dated: 10.02.2016 and endorsement No. 4143 dated:
02.12.2015.
In this regard, it is submitted that applicant in the applications bearing
No CC/709 and CC/1361 namely Rais Sher Mohammad Chandio was called in the
office of the undersigned and he was heard in person. He has disclosed that he has
not made any complaint against the above said respondents; some evil mind person
has used the fake letter pads with his name in order to get ulterior motives.
Moreover, application vide No. CC/4143 dated: 02.12.2015 was read
over and it has been found that Shaikh community has been shown as the applicant
while no individual person has been shown as the applicant.
However, the respondent Abbas Khokhar was called in the office of the
undersigned and he was inquired thoroughly. He denying the allegations vehemently
stated that some evil mind person has moved the said applications with false grounds
against him and his brother in order to defame their reputation.
FINDINGS
In view of the above circumstances, it becomes crystal clear that some
evil mind person has moved the said applications against the above respondents in
order to defame their reputations.
