CHANNA AGAINST ASI KHALID MEHMOOD PATHAN.

27.04.2016, on the subject noted above.
In this regard, it is submitted that both parties were called in the
office of the undersigned in connection with inquiry into the matter and they were
heard personally. Moreover, an spot inquiry in order to ascertain the real facts was
also carried by the undersigned. During the course of inquiry it has been fond that
according to the map issued by the city surveyor Larkana respondents house has
two gates one towards main street Resham Gali and other towards the dead-end
street leading towards houses of Channa and Mirani communities, at present
no gate exists at the respondents house towards this street.
