Kindly refer to your office letter No. CC/1439 dated: 12.07.2016 on
the subject noted above.
In this regard it is submitted that both parties were called in the office
of the undersigned in connection with inquiry into the matter and they were heard
personally.
During the course of inquiry allegations against SIP Mehtab Ali
Khuhawar and WHC Mushtaq Ali Mugheri could not be proved while it has been
found that there is property issue between applicant Barkat Ali s/o Ali Muhammad
Abro and Manthar Ali s/o Peeral Mugheri, the matter is civil in nature, so this
matter needs no further proceedings/probe by the undersigned.
