Pecan Crescent Cookies

Prep Time: 20 minutes


Cook Time: 15 minutes
Total Time: 35 minutes

Yield: Makes 30 Cookies

Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup butter, softened
1 cup ground pecans
2- 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar, divided
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon almond extract
Instructions
1. Mix butter until creamy, add the flour, nuts, 1/2 cup sugar, salt
and extracts.
2. Mix until well combined.
3. Refrigerate covered 30 minutes.
4. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
5. Shape cookie dough into crescents.
6. Bake 12-15 minutes.
7. When cool enough to handle roll hot cookies in the remaining 2
cups confectioners' sugar.
8. Cool on wire rack.
