It is a well-known fact that vegetarianism is a type of diet based in


vegetables. It consists of removing the meet, and in occasions can be

This type of diet is getting power in the entire world due to the benefits of it.
But nowadays, it can be seen that another diet is growing in our society:
veganism.
Veganism is not just a diet or an exclusively vegetal origin food option,

them as individuals that can feel, with interests that deserve to be
respected, rejecting discrimination by species. Therefore, vegans stop
participating in any activity that directly or indirectly exploit animals and

In contrary to what some say and the popular perception, having a
veganism diet can be salubrious whenever (man) has a good knowledge of
nutrition, besides may provide health benefits in the prevention and
treatment of certain diseases. Most experts agree that the protein intake of
vegan diets can broadly cover the gaps of animal protein if they are chosen
well. Through very rich in protein vegetables such as soy, quinoa, avocados,
nuts, etc., (man) can perfectly satisfy the nutritional needs of the organism.

this type of lifestyle will significantly increase.
