The modern generation has created several hundred diets for society to follow. These
diets are proven to make the environment better by decreasing the number of slaughtered
animals per day. As well as keeping a healthy and well contained body throughout, this
makes vegan and vegetarian diets two of the most prominent eating habits in the world. Both
choices of lifestyle include consuming all products except for meat. However, veganism also
sets strict rules upon eating anything related to animals. Therefore, vegan and vegetarian diets

produce. However, veganism involves refraining from products that originate from animals;
these foods may include honey, eggs, milk, and all dairy in general. Not only that, people
who choose to follow a vegan lifestyle bypass wearing clothes, makeup, jewelry, or other
animal- sourced products. For example, clothes manufactured from an animal's skin or skin
care from companies that have adopted a system of animal testing would be prohibited to a

compounds, which improves the body and one's metabolism. On the other hand, vegetarian

share is that they are high in fiber. In addition, these lifestyles promote lower risk of kidney
failure; furthermore, these choices of lifestyle lower cholesterol levels and improve blood

In the final analysis, both vegan and vegetarian diets have a beneficial impact on the
human body. They share many of the same ideas as well as follow similar restrictions.
However, veganism has a stricter set of rules and bypass many products of everyday life.
Nevertheless, these choices of lifestyle include creating an alternative for a variety of foods
(protein foods, dairy foods). They also create several beneficial factors for the human body
and lower risks of organ malfunctions. Therefore, both vegetarian and vegan diets have many
similarities and differences and have been commonly adopted by the society of the modern
world.
