    I was informed by Dr. Ruby Rosa Cruz last Saturday (November 12, 2016)
    that she is unable to schedule my pre-final defense because one of our panel
    members, Dr. Galahad Unciano, was suspended. I am saddened to learn of
    Dr. Uncianos suspension for he is a brilliant professor and has been of great
    help during my proposal defense.
    I am writing this letter to inquire what possible solutions could be done to
    resolve this problem. Dr. Cruz referred this predicament to Dr. Adonis
    Bautista but he was also unable to make a decision so he advised that I write
    a letter of inquiry to your office.
