Thank you for the opportunity to write on your behalf as you prepare to graduate
from the Associate in Science in nursing program. It has been my pleasure to know
for the duration that you have been in the Practice Nurse (PN) and ADN programs.
You have been a reliable and self-directed learner throughout both programs.
I had the opportunity to serve as the course coordinator for your first adult health
course. You were attentive and contributed positively to classes when called on to
do so. You prepared presentations that were well-reviewed.
In summary, this letter has been written to support you for an entry-level nursing
position with an orientation. I also highly recommend you continue with your
education to the highest level.
