Thank you for the opportunity to provide a reference for you as you near program
completion and graduation. As stated by your clinical instructors, you have been
consistent, reliable, and self-directed in your learning throughout the four semesters
of the program.
I had the opportunity to serve as your primary classroom instructor in your first Adult
Health course in the Fall, 2015. You were generally well-prepared, professional and
thoughtful in your demeanor. Your clinical instructor found you to be prepared and
conscientious in your care.
In summary, I recommend you for an entry-level RN position in a setting with
predictable outcomes. I also highly recommend you continue with your education to
at least the baccalaureate level.
