Dear

Maam Sarah,

I hope the hiring process is going smooth and you are having a great time.

I will begin by trying to express my passion for Amal Academy, but my feelings for this
incredible institute stretch far beyond my words. The name Amal Academy instantly brings
examples of incredibly selfless and kind people to my mind. I am specially inspired by the
vision and efforts of Sir Benje Williams. It remained unbelievable to me for a while when I
realized how he left his comfortable life and moved to Pakistan to help young graduates in
honing professional skills. Other than his inspirational efforts, his vision is also very promising.
He has provided us the skills which we were severely lacking but had no idea where to get
them.

Every member of the Amal Family is in a league of his own and even a moment in its workplace
is enough to realize that you are sitting among the best of professionals from various
disciplines. I would love to sit among these amazing people and learn the things each one of
them has to share.

I am a recent MBA Finance and CPA-Pakistan while being presently enrolled in the ACMA
program in my free time. I am near the end of my Amal Fellowship in Batch 14 and becoming
a part of this program was one of the best decisions of my life. I have learned skills like
communication, teamwork, leadership and analytical thinking but in unprecedented ways.

I love to help others and it brings me great joy whenever someone comes to me for help.
Troubleshooting is more of my passion than a skill and I know this position will be a great
place for me to channel these skills into helping Amal Fellows.

I have a pretty decent idea about the large number of rsums you would be receiving and
the cumbersome routine of the hiring process. But I can say with certainty that my passion
for Amal Academy is unmatchable. I urge you for a chance to let me express myself in an
interview, and I can assure you, it will be worth your time and effort.

Best of luck for the hiring process.

Kind Regards,
Awais Farooq
