PROJECT PROPOSAL
DESIGN

AND

IMPLEMENTATION

OF

INSTALLABLE

EDUCATIONAL GAME FOR SCIENCE SENIOR SECONDARY

STUDENTS
AIM:
The overall aim of this project is to design and implement an educational
game system that helps a student to utilize his idle time or leisure to boost
his knowledge on his subjects of syllabus and curriculum, which in turns
helps him to pass his SSC Examination.
RESEARCH QUESTIONS:
Is there any means by which students play computer educational
games based on their curriculum and syllabus? If yes, what are the
challenges faced?
How can the existing system be improved and overcome its
challenges?
Is there any way to make the offline educational games more
attractive, more appealing and more productive?
How can this game be robust, cheap, simple, popular, compactable
and compatible?
Does

the

current

system

provide

student

with

reliable

measurement and evaluation of his academic performance in the

subject(s) undertaken?
How simple and easy it is to update and maintain the system?

Is there any specific platform on which the system cannot run?

OBJECTIVES:
To analyze the existing system and identify its problems and
constraints.
To design a new system or improve the existing one, if any.
To provide a proper medium through which Secondary Schools
Science students utilize their leisure to learn more and boost their
knowledge on the relevant subjects, syllabus and curriculum.
To simplify and beautify the educational game interface and to
make it more attractive and arousing to students.
To make the system compactable (portable), compatible across
many platforms of computer.
To make the easy to update, maintain and easy to install on various
computing devices.
SYSTEM FUNCTIONS:
