    Role: Process Engineer

    Responsibility 1: Efficiency improvement


    Improve efficiency rate by the use of LEAN method
    Ensure actual standard time declared on system
    Expectations:
    Improve efficiency to meet target of 85% absorption rate

    Responsibility 2: Scrap rate improvement


    Provide effective CA to prevent cause of scrap
    Apply Six sigma process
