BSIT / BSCS student is willing to follow the accepted guidelines

of the Special System Project course. I:

1. fully understood the Special System Project Guidelines presented to us by the
Department;
2. am required to submit all deliverables to the adviser and instructor/s; and
3. will review and go through all the pages of the proposed project based on
structural rules that govern the composition of sentences, phrases, and words
in the English language on an agreed upon schedule.
I declare that this agreement is in effect unless there is a formal amendment to the
Department of Information Technology Education.
