Extremely enriching experience, i was alone with the pastry chef in the
beginning, i learned everything i know about management and autonomy.
I had to speak English everyday. We had the "Bluespoon" restaurant, where
i was in charge of the "mise en place" alone. The kitchen staff was in
charge of the service, so i also had to make sure they had enough for the
services.
