AFFIDAVIT OF

PHOTOGRAPHER

I, AGENT JOSE Z. NADAL

JR., married of legal age, Filipino and
a bonafide member of the Philippine
Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) and
presently assigned at PDEA Regional
Office VIII with an office address at
Sandy Lane Subdivision, Brgy. 77,
Fatima Village, Tacloban City after
having been duly sworn to in
accordance with law, do hereby
depose and say the following, to wit:

1. That I am a member of the composing

operatives of PDEA VIII and Police Precinct
1, Ormoc City Police Office led by Agent
Mar Cose under the direct supervision of
Dir. Joyce Virnal, OIC Regional Director,
PDEA VIII, conducted buy-bust operation in
front of Sofitel Hotel, San Jose, Leyte,
against Rodrigo Delima y Spenosa who
was eventually arrested around 11:00
oclock in the evening on October 18,
2016.

2. That I used Nikon digital camera.

3. That I took the pictures of markings at the
crime scene and physical inventory of the

pieces of drug and non-drug evidences and

signing of the Certificate of Inventory in
the presence of the suspect Rodrigo
Delima y Spenosa and witnesses Elected
official representative Bem Chu and Media
Representative Ms. Noli Castro, said
witnesses also signed the Certificate of
Inventory.
4. That I am executing this affidavit to attest
to the veracity and truthfulness of the
foregoing and for whatever legal purpose
this may serve.
