Ingredients:
Boneless Chicken Breasts
Ham
Cheese
Flour
Beaten Eggs
Bread Crumbs
Chicken Cordon Bleu
Procedures:
Marinate the chicken breasts
for 3-5 minutes with
wine/Sprite, seasonings, and
spices.
Wrap the ham and cheese
with the chicken breast. Roll
it and seal with toothpicks.
Beat the eggs separately.

Dredging: Cover the roll

with flour beaten eggs


bread crumbs.
Heat your frying pan and

oil then, fry the chicken until


golden brown.

Lastly, decorate your meal

and serve.
Bola-bola
Ingredients:
Grounded meat
Carrots
Potatoes
Flour

Procedures:
Peel the vegetables and
chop it in to very fine pieces.
Mix the vegetables and flour
with the ground meat.
Add salt and pepper to
improve taste.
Scoop a portion and form it
into a ball.
Heat the frying pan and oil
then, fry until golden brown.
Serve and enjoy!
