Who is on this that loves to entertain and who has a lot of friends or who would love to help you get your biz started? Have her circle these names on her list. These are people who will be great hostesses. f. Have her look over her list and think who would love to have a flexible, part-time biz from home or who could use some extra money or who would be so much fun to get involved in this business with you? Have her put a star next to these names. These are people who would be great new team members. g. Get her calendar out and schedule her Grand Opening Party Now. Ensure her you will be there and help her get off to the best possible start! h. Suggest she schedules two practice/starter parties within two weeks of today (her start date). Recommend two options for inviting people. i. Invite two different groups of people, like friends and neighbors to the first one, and family and relatives to the second one. ii. Invite everyone to her first party and then anyone who could not attend the first party coach her to say: Im so sorry you cant come on Tuesday, I scheduled a backup party for Thursday for anyone who cannot attend on Tuesday. i. Invite her to observe one of your parties in the next two weeks. j. Give her a challenge! Challenge her to date two more parties after her practice/starter parties. If she does that shell have four parties in her first four weeks! k. Help her on who to call and what to say to book parties. Refer back to her list of 100. Talk about the people she circled on the list. Who would she love to be her first host? Who would love to help her get her business started? l. Give her word choices:
Karen this is Tabitha. I had to call you because I'm so
excited about my new Tupperware business! How would you like to help me get my business started and host a party? I want you to know that I promise I will never bug you again to host another party! If you want to host another party in the future it would be because you asked me! What do you think? Would you help me get my business started and be one of my first hostess?
m. Show her how to get the party on the calendar
OK Karen I'm doing my parties on Tuesday and Thursday nights -
which is best for you? OK Tuesday! Thats great! I have Tuesday the 21st or Tuesday 28th available. Which is best for you? n. Her assignment is to call at least 5 or 6 people on her list of 100 that she circled and use those words to get dates on the calendar. o. Challenge her to do this in the next 24 hours and get back to you with her success! p. Her goal is to date at least 2 parties for the two weeks after her starter/practice parties. And her ultimate goal is 6 to 8 parties in her first 6-8 weeks. q. Look back at their list of 100 and look at the names that she marked with a star r. Tell her: doing this job with a friend or two is so much fun! s. Give her 3 packets of information about the opportunity (recruiting packets) *blank packets- dont have your contact info on them* t. Tell her youve given her 3 blank packets and she needs to make sure her name and phone number is on each item in the packet. u. Challenge her to give out these 3 packets over the next 3 -4 days to people on her list of 100 with a star. v. Give her word choices Sherry I'm so excited about my new business and I've not been able to stop thinking about you!! If you could use some extra money, in a flexible part time biz working from home or maybe some extra girl time, and if I gave you some information would you take five minutes to read this information? w. Coach her to nod her head yes as she gives a packet. Then have her say Ill follow up tomorrow to see if you have any questions. x.
