La allows you to export your Gradebook to a file that can be opened in Microsoft Excel.

If you try to open this file from La in a recent version of Excel, you may receive an error that the file is corrupt:

This is due to an update in Excel that prevents the opening of certain downloaded files from another computer. You can
unblock access for this file in Microsoft Windows by following these steps:

1. Save/download the file from La

to your computer.
2. Open the folder containing the
saved file.
3. Right-click the file, and then
select Properties.
4. On the General tab, select
Unblock.
5. Click OK.

You can now open the file in Excel without any error.
