This research will use both qualitative and quantitative methods because of

the nature of the subject matter. The qualitative methods will include internet searches,
reading of works on the subject matter by eminent writers and the use of various pieces of
legislations that is; statutes. Quantitative methods on the other hand includes methods such as
interviews with key informants such as save the children, UNICEF, childrens rights activists,
victims of early marriage, clergy of UCZ, and group discussions with children from various
walks of life.

1.8 CHAPTER FOUR: IMPLEMENTATION OF DATA

This chapter seeks to marry qualitative and quantitative findings relating to the subject matter
that is; an analysis of early marriage as a violation of childrens rights and fundamental
principles. However, it seeks to focus on the analysis of the legal and theoretical framework as
well as the discussion on the findings pertaining to the subject matter.

1.9 CHAPTER FIVE: SUMMARY, CONCLUSION AND RECOMMENDATION

In this chapter I will include the summary, conclusion and recommendation. The summary of the
chapter will include objectives of the study, statement of the problem, methods of research
employed and the rests. The above mentioned are to be kept short and simple. The chapter will
then proceed to a conclusion based on the findings made pertaining to the subject matter. This
chapter will then close with recommendations that will contain suggestions that will improve the
situation and solve the problem investigated in the study. The recommendations made in this
chapter see to address the people directly concerned with the subject matter and those who can
immediately implement the recommended solutions.
