Dt. 17.9.2016 of the Executive Engineer (R&B) Kavali.

In the reference 2nd cited, the firm M/s RSV Constructions Pvt., Ltd.,
Hyderabad has submitted Bank Guarantees for 5% Mobilization Advance of the
Agreement Contract Value of Rs. 21,37,27,989/- which works out to Rs.
1,06,86,399/- is limited to B.Gs amount of Rs. 1,05,00,000/- (Rupees One
crore five lakhs only) through the Executive Engineer (R&B) Kavali.

Hence, the Executive Engineer (R&B) Kavali is hereby permitted to make

advance payment for Mobilization Advance for Rs. 1,05,00,000/- (Rupees One
crore five lakhs only). He is also directed to strictly follow Clause 51.1 of the
Agreement in this regard. He shall also observe that Bank Guarantee shall
remain effective until advance payment is repaid. He is also directed to follow
Section IV of Contract Data for making recovery.

Further, he is requested to send the Original un-conditional Bank

Guarantees along with Confirmation to the A.P & A.O -II, W&P, Nellore for taking
further action and report compliance to this office.
