Terms & Condition:
1. When sources/brand of ingredients / grade of concrete / name of work changes, then number of
design mix will also be changed.
2. Minimum time requirement for each design mix is 35 days.
3. Materials requirements for each design mix are as below.
a. 20 mm coarse aggregates = 150 kg
b. 10 mm coarse aggregates = 150 kg
c. Fine aggregates(sand) = 150 kg
d. Cement = 3 bags of 150 kg (new sealed bags) from One brand
e. Chemical Admixture = 2 liter (new sealed bottle) from each brand
4. 100 % of the total amount will be paid by the client as advance with the work order.
5. Materials shall be submitted by the client.
