2:45 PM - 3:00 PM AND 3:50 PM - 4:05 PM
Tracy/Byers/Coleman/Sanders - will do hall sweeps 1st floor thru 3rd floor Monday
thru Thursday
STUDENT SUPPORT TIMES
(Checking Grades, Attendance, and NCs Monday, Wednesdays, and Thursdays)
We will alternate every other week between phone calls and academic support
2:30 PM - 4:00 PM
Tracy/Byers/Coleman/Sanders two times a month will be offering academic support

Tracy/Byers/Coleman/Sanders two times a month will be making phone calls to

primary care givers
WORK SCHEDULE
Colema in 7:00 PM to 7:15 PM until 4:30 PM except Wednesday leaves at 3:00 PM
n for class

Tracy in 7:15 PM to 3:45 PM

Sanders in 7:30 PM to 4:00 PM

Byers in 7:45 PM to 4:15 PM

Tuesdays are dedicated to planning, paperwork and follow-up.
