Green Building Services BMS group is delivering some of the most innovative
approaches to meeting our clients existing building sustainability challenges. With
experience in both Volume and Single building projects, GBS keeps our clients goals
first when operating within frameworks like LEED for Existing Buildings. Our
services address a variety of maintenance, operations, and energy issues including
whole system audits and analysis, whole-building cleaning, recycling programs, and
exterior maintenance programs.
In 2008, the USGBC revised the LEED
for Existing Buildings Rating System. Now
called LEED-EB Operations & Maintenance
(LEED EBOM), this integrative, holistic
rating system helps building owners and
operators measure building consumtion and
target performance on a consistent scale, with
the goal of maximizing operational efficiency
and minimizing environmental impacts.

Technical Expertise
Whether we are providing a gap analysis
towards LEED EB OM certification or focusing
on low/no cost improvements through an
ASHRAE Level I & II walk through, the BMS
team is adept at offering an integrated approach
towards future capital improvements for your
building. Once your building is baselined
towards energy and resource efficiency, the
BMS team will assist in implementation efforts
towards certification by providing training,
benchmarking tools, guidance, and technical
assistance.
