How do you explain this genre of literature poetry. For instance, to someone who is not well versed
in literature, but is interested to know what actually is poetry.

If I would have to explain about the poetry, I will introduce to her about literature first. This is because
poetry is one of the genres that fall under literature context. Once she can get what literature is all
about, I will give her one of the best and easy poem and ask her to recite it. It is a well-known fact that
poem or any literature genre is meant to be felt in all your senses like you are drowning into a new
world, and it is not to read. Through reciting a poem, she will get the spontaneous overflow of
powerful feelings.
