Curriculum Development is a process which is the integration of the

curriculum of the school has been implanted. It is the methods on how subject-

matter has been internalized by the students by the help of the teacher.

The 8 episodes contain the insights, reflections and the curriculum of the school-

centered. It is the basis, as a future teacher, it helps us on how the procedure of

implementing a curriculum in your future school. Episode 1 contains the 2 types

of curriculum, the traditional curriculum and the progressive curriculum. Episode 2

contains the mission, vision and goals of the school observed. It also contains the

insights of the observer about the implementation of the mission and goals of the

school. And it does internalized by the students by how and what. Episode 3

contains the teaching process used by the teacher. It contains what are the steps

used by the teaching process. And the implementation of the curriculum and how

the teacher evaluates their students and how the students response on the

learning process made by the teacher. Episode 4 contains the curriculum design

used in the school. How the teacher implement it in order the students to gain

knowledge. Episode 5 contains the subject-matter in the class. Episode 6 the

reflection of the observer as a future teacher and how I can be a role model and a

better teacher for my generation. Episode 6 it is all about the curriculum

implementation. Episode 7 the innovation of the curriculum, the advantages and

the disadvantages of it and the personal insights.
