Subject: In sufficient Manpower for Tank Erection from last 3 Months.

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that from last 3 months there is insufficient manpower for
erection of Tank. Manpower is decreasing in faster rate and from your side no
action has been taken to improve the same. The issues related to manpower are
as follows:

1. There is no grinder since December 2011 and we have deployed our

departmental grinder from last month to complete the work.
2. HFO tank #2 coil fit up is not started due to non availability of Grinders
and welders.
3. Radiography of Tanks are not yet cleared which are pending since long due
inadequate riggers, welders and grinders.
4. Staircase of LDO tank is not yet ready as there is no gang to depute for
this work.
5. Day oil tank erection progress is very poor again due to insufficient
welders at site.

Apart from this, Hydraulic jack, Jack operator, Jack Helper is idle for the last two
months as there is no gang available for tank erection. The Hire charges of Jack
will be debited on your account.

From PECL side there is no issues as all material are available, front are available
and clearance is also given for every job.

Manpower to be increased as soon as possible because after two months there

will be many problems in erection work due to monsoon season.
