    DRILLING RIG SELECTION GUIDE

    Mud System

    1000 bbl Mud System 280 bbl Mud System MGS Mud Cleaner

    For a 200 ton rig, based on well construction 13 3/8-


    200m; 9 5/8-1500m and 8 3900m appropirate
    mud system total volume is 150m3 consisting of:
    Mud tank suction 40m3 equiped with 2 mud agitators
    15HP each, mud guns
    Mud mixing tank 40m3 equiped with 2 mud agitators
    15 HP each, mud guns
    Mud tank reserve mud 40m3 equiped with with 2 Agitator Desilter
    mud agitators 15 HP each, mud guns
    Mud threatment tank 40m3 with two chembers-
    suction and discharge compartment, 2 mud agitators
    15 HP each, mud guns. On top of tank installed Sample Shale Shaker Spec
    desander, degaser and mud cleaner (optionaly
    centrifuge for unweighted mud for use in Caspian
    region).
    Desander Shale Shaker Mud
    Shaker tank 20 + 12m3 with sand trap and two linear Hopper
    motion shakers.
    Separator mud/gas for 20 Bar WP 600 dm3.
