1) What makes you an ideal fit for the role of a facilitator?
As a student of a Diploma in Conflict Transformation and Peace Building, I have been
exposedto the theory and practice of dialogue, mediation, negotiation and facilitation. I have
come to understand the dual role of conflict, as a condition leading to violence as well as

misinformation?
3) How would you handle an argument between participants that is at risk of escalating?
4) What are strategies for keeping the conversation going/making sure that everyone's voice is
heard and acknowledged?
