Sub:- Request for change of Department of extremely

compassionate ground.

Respected Sir,
With profound respect, may I lay down the following few lines
for your kind consideration and favourable order please.

1. Sir, I Md. Akhtar Hussain, S/o-Md. Khalil Khan, At/Po-Kaipadar have

been re-employed against ex-service quota in Signal & Telecom
Department on dated 15th Apr 2014 in Group-D Category and
presently posted at KPXR under SSE/S/BALU.
2. As my previous job experience, I was a education teacher in Army,
where I dedicatedly serve for almost 20 years being staying in
different adverse atmosphere and situations.
3. Being I am the only male member of my family, I compelled to leave
my Army job to give my physical assistance to my old age parents
age about-90 years and my 20 years handicapped daughter who is
suffering from Neurological disorder as primary Dystonia since last 5
years (2011).
4. However I joined the department (i.e. S&T) where 24 hours alertness
is very much important, if required I have to attend the need even in
odd time also.
5. Sir, I being the only son of my 90 years old father who is at his last
stage always needs my best service towards him, and at the same
time my innocent young daughter who is always needs medical
support which seems to be very difficult for me to manage both my
job and family. As a whole I am passing under very mentally
depression as I could not decide what to do and what not to do, in
between I feel myself unable to give my best performance to my
department also.

Hence, I may request your kind sympathy and honour to give a

shift duty job or even as a operating Gate Keeper so that I can give
my time to my family after doing my job peacefully.

Sir, I shall be ever ever grateful to you on your this act of

kindness.
