Dear Sir,

Good day!

Please accept this letter as notice of my resignation from my position as staff nurse (job
order) in Rural Health Unit (RHU) – Polomolok.

Few months is never enough for me to stay here because I enjoyed so much and most
importantly I was able to do what I have been envisioning myself to do – giving the best
quality of healthcare to our community people. I was able to balance work and studies from
the day I started work until a few weeks ago. However, I have to come up to this difficult
decision. There were few changes in my academic schedule due to the change in academic
quarter, it became more hectic. At the same time, I was quite overwhelmed with the multiple
tasks at OPD recently which I was assigned.

I would like to focus more on my priorities. I am very happy to serve your people now but as
a scholar I would like to continue putting my attention to my studies so that you can use me
for the greater good in the near future.
