Subject: Proposed Schedule for Work Immersion Implementation

Dear Doc Ivee:

The school year is about to end, unfortunately, our class in Work Immersion will not
finish on the target schedule because of so many limitations brought about by our
present situation, and this includes time scheduling.

It is my utmost commitment to comply with the Work Immersion Program during

crisis situation under the guidelines stipulated in DM-CI-2020-00085. This aims to
provide SHS learners with opportunities to familiarize themselves with the workplace;
to stimulate employment; and to apply their competencies in areas of specialization
/applied subjects in authentic work environments and in addition specifically the
integration of entrepreneurship.

In relation to this, the TVL Grade-12 students tried to comply with this requirement
on Work Immersion during regular class hours starting May 31, 2021 as advised by
our TVL Subject Group Head Mr. Roy Lucapa. However, this is too challenging on the
part of the students to focus on work immersion with a limited number of hours since
they are also attending classes and accomplishing task/activities of the different
subject areas at the same time.

In this regard, I am writing to inform your good office about my proposed schedule on
the implementation of Work Immersion under TVL Track ICT – Animation and CSS
and Home Economics –BPP, Cookery and Food and Beverage Services.

The proposed schedule will be on June 7-11, 2021 with morning and afternoon
sessions and on June 14-18, 2021 which is only in the afternoon session. Students’
classes will be in the morning at 8:00 – 10: 00 a.m. for the first subject and 10:00-
12:00 pm for the next subject.

Attached are the supporting documents for your reference. I hope this letter merits
you positive response.
