Re: Deliberation of Grades

As a reminder to everyone about the SHS Memorandum No. 5 s. 2021 issued by the Principal on the
reiteration of OVPAA Memorandum No. 6, s. 2021, the intention of the memo is for the teachers to
ease academic requirements that will make it difficult on the part of the students during this
pandemic situation. In case of students needing interventions, the period for remedial activities is
scheduled from June 12 – June 30, 2021. Encoding of grades for the SHS Grade 11 & 12 students are
open from June 09 – June 20, 2021.

However, should you need further assistance in the deliberation of your students’ grades and to raise
concerns about specific students, there will be an open Zoom link for this purpose on Monday,
14 June 2021 from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. to be facilitated by Asst. Principal Michelle B. Sotto and
Principal Rovelina B. Jacolbia
