Good afternoon sir/Ma’am.
Thank you for giving me this opportunity to introduce myself.
My name is Janine Mae Macaraig. You can call me Jha for short. I was born in
Maalas as Rosario Batangas on March 17, 2000. I’m 21 years old.
Now, coming to my education qualification I am pursuing a Bachelor of science in
nursing 2nd year in Golden gate colleges.
I have done my junior high school in Tilambo national highschool and I have done
my senior high school in Teodoro M. Luansing College of Rosario.
Now Coming to my family, there are 5 members in my family including me, My
father is a farmer and my mother is a Housewife and I had two sister, the one is
already graduated at Batangas state university while my other sister is still
studying at Teodoro M Luansing College of Rosario.
My strength is self-motivated, hard-working and finishing the work on time.
My Weakness is easily trusted by anyone.
My Know languages are Tagalog and English.
My hobbies are cooking, watching Hollywood movies and reading books.
My short-term goal is to get a job in a reputed company like yours and improve
my skills and knowledge.
My long-term goal is to get a respected position in your Company.

Why did you apply here in Alorica? / why did you choose alorica?
Because I know that your company values training and ongoing learning for your
employees. And not to be hypocrite, it’s also because of the salary and benefits.

Why did you leave your last job?

I Resigned because I am looking better career prospects, professional growth and
work opportunities. And I know that your company can give the growth I want.
What is your idea about call center?
-To me, a call center is the frontline of all customer interactions. It’s the job of call
center agents to listen and understand customer concerns while also providing
helpful information.

What is your idea about quality customer service?

-My idea of quality customer service is being able to provide customers with
friendly professional service that not only solves their problems or answer their
questions, but also leaves them feeling satisfied with the service they received.

How would you handle a call from an angry/irate customer?

-I think the first step is to stay calm and express to the customer that you
understand them. I think its also important to remember that it isn’t personal,
and the best way to be escalate the situation is to works toward a solution.

How would you describe a red color to a blind person?

-Red color is the symbolism of passionate love. So if you love something, or you
feel being loved then that is a red color.
If you be given a ticket to go back to the past what will you change and why?
If I go back to the past and change one thing, then I will not be where I am today.
There are regrets, there are mistakes in the past, but I have learnt something
from them. It made me stronger, though the lessons were harsh. But that’s okay.
Everything happens for a reason. So the option of changing past is ruled out for
me. Just learn, Accept and Move on!

Willing to work on holidays?

Yes ma’am, I’m willing to work on holidays.

Do you want to pursue your education? Kung di ka pa nakakapagcollege or

undergrad.
-No. I think it’s best to focus my career here in alorica.

How do you see yourself 5 from now?

-5 years from now, I see myself as a regular employee here in Alorica handling a
Position.
What is your strength and weakness?
One of my greatest strength is my ability to learn fast on the job and teach myself
different skillsets. And while I don’t have much experience in customer service, I
think my ability to learn will help me overcome that obstacle quickly.
