Special Power of Attorney

The undersigned Mrs. Zaineb Bent Hamoud (Saleh

Aida), of British nationality, attorney by profession, of
legal age, holder of the passport n , residing in
England, electing domicile at 23, Rue Jamal Eddine El
Afghani, Rabiaa 2 Residence, Tangier, testifies that she
has conferred a special Power of Attorney upon Mr. .., of
Moroccan nationality, working as an accountant, holder
of ID n, electing domicile at 23, Rue Jamal Eddine El
Afghani, Rabiaa 2 Residence, Tangier.
Mr. .. shall represent her and act on her behalf in
the management of all matters in connection with her
property named Mesnana, object of property deed
n, located in the Wilaya of Tangier, Al fahs district,
commune of Gueznaya.
The Power of Attorney shall be limited to the following:
1- Leasing all premises for residential or commercial
purposes and concluding all written or oral
agreements with tenants for and in consideration of
the rates the attorney considers convenient, and
renewing and terminating the lease contracts if
need be;
2- Making all the reparations to the real estate now or
hereafter, including the construction and
refurbishment of internal or external facades;
3- Paying and declaring all taxes including real estate
taxes or any taxes related to the business of the
owner;
4- Performing all transactions relating to the real
estate except for the sale transactions;
5- Receiving rents and discharge payments;
6- Registering petitions and representing them before
the courts, as well as taking the oath before all
departments, public and quasi-public services, such
as the urban communes, signature authentication
section, financial services, urban agency and
Amendis company.
