I would like to request a refund of all the default charges that have been applied
to my account. I have Savings Account No. 002910100016345 maintained with
your Bank. Recently there have been many unfair deductions from my account
on part of SMS charges details of deduction mention below:

Jan to March 2016 - Rs. 17.18

April to June 2016 - Rs. 17.25
Please refund the above mention money in full and remove any default notices
from our account.
